Yes, the storm splits in two, and buy the time it has rolled past, where did it go? I think the radar is so important in the summer, as it really makes for safer times for us all. We do not use it so much in the winter, as the stuff that happens then, is usually snow, and it is pretty much not so quick or scary;unless you have to drive in it!
Hi Cheryl, thanks for stopping by! Welcome to my blog. 😀 You know, I haven’t ever thought about it like that. Living in Oregon, I look at the radar more in the winter… it rains 9 months a year here… it’s the summer time I really don’t look at it. Interesting.
Where do you live? I remember growing up in the midwest and that the radars in tornado-land were something you had to watch out for. We don’t get tornados here in Oregon… which is nice.
