Le Creuset Stone Bakeware

I’ve often talked about my Le Creuset addiction. It all started with cast iron. I have since moved on to their stoneware. OMGOSH!!! It’s AMAZING!!!!

I have used Pampered Chef’s stoneware for some time, but Le Creuset’s [Stone] Bakeware is even better! Cleanup is easier. Even with baked on cheese! I can’t believe wonderful it is!

I realized when I was writing this post I didn’t share that last year for my birthday (silly me), Hubby and The Offspring gave me Le Creuset gift certificates with which I bought my first stoneware. A lavender oval serving bowl that can also go in the oven. And eight flower shaped ramekins.

Aren’t those ramekins just adorable!?!

As you can see above, I still had a leftover gift certificate, so I bought this lavender 3 QT rectangular baking pan and measures 10” x 12” x 2.25”. I use it in place of my 9” x 13” cake pans.

For Christmas, we bought Ma a covered 4 QT covered casserole at the Le Creuset Outlet. She often making food to help out others and we thought having a covered dish would be great. They only had one and I thought that when I found another one I’d get one for me.

Ma baked us some lasagna and the cheese was baked on really well. I was dreading cleaning it, but to my surprise it cleaned up so easily I added a “covered casserole” to my wish list.

Well, recently I found this covered 4 QT Heritage Casserole at Home Goods. It’s dimensions are different from my lavender one. It measures 11.5” x 7.75” x 2.75”. I only paid $39.00 for it. Retail is supposed to be near $100.00!

When I was back in Missouri last month, I bought Mama three pieces of stoneware. She’s in love with it, too! If you have a chance to pick some up at a reasonable price, you must own at least one piece of Le Creuset Bakeware!!!

Do you have any Le Creuset Bakeware?
