Cookie Glaze

For the last several years when I’ve baked cookies, I’ve used either my buttercream or cream cheese frosting. This year I wanted to try something new. I found a glaze on Pinterest and tweaked it so now I thought I would share my changes with you.

What’s the Difference Between Cream and Heavy Whipping Cream?

I mentioned in yesterday’s Friday Cocktail – The Whipped White Russian that I used “Heavy Whipping Cream”. I started thinking maybe some people don’t know the different between cream and heavy whipping cream.

In my post when I said “used heavy whipping cream instead of regular cream”, I was referring to light cream.

Stef’s Zucchini Bread

If you recall from about a month ago, I wrote about Zucchini Coming Out My Ears. It froze very well. It is really nice to have a bunch of zucchini in the freezer so when I’m craving my killer Zucchini Bread I can easily make some.
