Another late night working (2am this time)… The Offspring’s Round 2 game was rained out and rescheduled for tonight (Wed)… UGH!

Remember the Yellow Cake with Buttercream Frosting from a couple days ago? Well, it was a huge hit… Hubby went to get a piece… it was all gone (remember it was a small cake – only 12 pieces).

So to give myself a 10 minute break from working… I made another one last night… increased the vanilla from 1/3 tsp to 1/2 tsp… Yummmy (I have updated the post from the other day)…

I didn’t frost it this time (to save calories)… ohhhhhh… it is soooo moist! It sticks to your fingers…

Anyway, you know the saying Let them eat cake don’t you? Well… it is half gone already… (also gave a piece to our neighbors)…

WAIT…. I just went to take a picture for you to see… and look what I found … there’s another piece missing! Looks like I have a cake bandit!
